What we do
We aim to be your final stop in creating flawless, impactful text. You simply choose the service or services that will help you achieve the result you need. Our rates are competitive and transparent, which means there won’t be any surprises when it comes to admin.
Editing and proofreading
To ensure that the revised content you receive back from us meets your expectations and objectives, please take note of the distinction between editing and proofreading. We work in both US and UK English (this website uses UK English, while academic journals often require US English).

Translation/Transcreation
Our translation services involve the following:
- We mostly do translations from various source languages into US or UK English, but we are also happy to work the other way around.
- Our translations are always contextual, considering vocabulary and phrasing relevant to the target audience and geographical area, which is why we often refer to “transcreation”.
- The translator will have professional language experience in the target language.
- We never send a “raw” translation and include a proofread of the translated text in the service.
- Where possible, we offer clients the option of AI-assisted translations, where we check the quality of the content generated by a large language model.
Content creation
We can help you craft clear, authentic content that is tailored to your target readers and achieves your communication objectives:
- Marketing messaging (e.g. web content, newsletters, brochures, social media)
- Business communication, external and internal (e.g. training material, reports, presentations)
- Digital and print formats
For academic papers, please note: We do not offer writing services in the context of academic papers and dissertations – it’s unethical. However, we’d be happy to assist with your academic institution’s general content needs, such as blogs, media releases and social media posts.
Information architecture
Before your readers register even one word of your text, the way your content is visually presented already affects their attitude towards what they are about to read. That is why content and visual design should not be looked at in isolation. Depending on the nature and purpose of your communication, we have the expertise and insights to help you plan, structure and present your content in a way that is attractive, easy to read and, most importantly, supports the key messages you want to convey.
